Lydia McNamara – Artistic Director – Jazz, Tap, Acrobatics, Cheerleading & ZUMBA® Instructor.
Lydia has been dancing since the age of 3 years. She has trained in Jazz, Tap, Classical Ballet, Acrobatics, Cheerleading, Lyrical, Contemporary, Theatrical, Singing & Zumba. Her passion is plain to see when teaching.
Lydia has travelled extensively teaching and performing from theatre and stage to television and movies, before opening a studio in Sydney and then here in Wagga & Tumut. Now a mother of 3, Lydia’s love of dance is still as strong as when she was young. Lydia is fortunate enough to adjudicate all over Australia and continues to further her dance studies through furthering her qualifications, taking additional classes, workshops and studies to provide up to date technique and choreography for all her students. With 34years of dance and 20 years of teaching experience, it’s easy to see why she has a great rapport with her students and gets the best out of them. Lydia also credits her great success and happiness to her family.

Anne Reardon – SCPA Head of Ballet (RAD)
Miss Anne is an amazing and accomplished dancer / teacher. It is our great pleasure that SCPA has her on our faculty. Miss Anne’s knowledge and love for Classical ballet is in every word, step and direction she gives to her students.
Miss Anne trained under the very famous Miss Edna Busse, continuing her studies in Melbourne, running her own very successful dance studio before marrying the very handsome Sean Reardon, travelling and returning home to Wagga where we are lucky to have her. Miss Anne continues to study with RAD furthering her knowledge and expanding her abilities and technique to ensure her students are taught correctly every time.

Tania To’o – ZUMBA® Instructor, Tap, Tiny Tots & Adult Teacher.
Miss Tania comes to SCPA with many credentials, talents and experience tucked under her belt. Bringing with her everything she knows from the big city lights of Sydney, we are excited to welcome her to SCPA. Tania has trained in all areas of dance including Jazz, Tap, Classical, Acrobatics, and specializes in Tiny Tots and Adults. Tania is a fully qualified ZUMBA instructor and has enjoyed much success from owning her own studio for some 20 years in Sydney to travelling Australia adjudicating the best in the Industry.
Tania’s love for what she does makes her the best in her craft. We are delighted to have her on staff this year.

Kelly Weir – Tumut - Ballet Teacher.
Miss Kelly is our Ballet Teacher for our Tumut Students. Her love, passion and dedication for Ballet is right up there with the very best. Continually studying all grades and ensuring her students know there work sees such great success come from her students.
Miss Kelly a former Ballet student herself delights in seeing her students grow in self confidence and self esteem and helps them to each see their potential in al they do.
We are lucky to have Miss Kelly with her love of dance on board here at SCPA.

Claire Colvin – Jazz & Tap Teacher
Miss Claire has been a part of SCPA herself since the tender age of 10. She is such golden talent in all she does and is extremely accomplished in her Jazz and Tap genre’s but also excelling in all styles given to her. Our beautiful students are so lucky to have Miss Claire who is not only a brilliant teacher but an exceptional role model to her students. Having been mentored under Miss Lydia, Miss Ellie, Miss Emily & Miss Anne, Miss Claire is a force to be reckoned with, and we are thrilled she is a part of SCPA. We love you Miss Claire.

Jessica Dunn – Tiny Tots, Southern Cross Krumpers & Teen Hip Hop Teacher.
Beautiful, talented, funny and loved by everyone, Miss Jessica is such a joy here at SCPA. Everyone from Tiny Tots to Adults love her. Miss Jessica, an accomplish performer in dance at such a young age is a true credit to what can be achieved when you put some hard work behind it. Anyone who has been fortunate enough to hear Miss Jessica sing will also know how amazing her voice is. We are so grateful for Miss Jessica and for her enthusiasm. Look out SCPA – the Southern Cross Krumpers will be an amazing class with Miss Jessica.

Nikala Schubert – Tumut - Acrobatic, Cheer for Fun, Hip Hop Teacher.
We are excited to have Miss Nikala teaching for us again. Her love of dance is evident in the way she teaches and the way she performs. Her love for dance and children makes her a wonderful asset to our team.
Miss Nikala is versatile in all she does from Jazz, Tap, Acrobatics, Cheerleading and more. Continuing her studies for dance will see her complete her qualifications this year. We are grateful to have her on board.

Jo Murrell – ZUMBA® Instructor - TUMUT
Enthusiasm, Dedicated, Punctual & Fit are just a few characteristics to sum up Miss Jo. She is funny, talented and unbelievably passionate about all she does.
We are so blessed and so excited to have Jo on board to groove and move with you this year at ZUMBA®. Welcome to the SCPA family Jo.

Cat Hadler - ZUMBA® Instructor
Miss Cat has been a member of SCPA for the past 7years and delightfully qualified as a ZUMBA® Instructor earlier this year. From a dancing background in Classical, Tap and Jazz, Cats love for what she does is evident in how she expresses herself. Cat is a qualified Level 4 Tap dancer and now adds ZUMBA® to her credentials.
Cats passion for dance is remarkable, so attend a class and see for yourself. Congratulations Cat on your qualifications.

Kathy Davidson - ZUMBA® Instructor
With her beautiful South African accent, don’t let this softly spoken beautiful lady fool you – the fire in her belly and passion for ZUMBA® will leave you wanting more! A classical trained dancer for 16years, Kathy starts the year off in new territory but is thrilled at becoming a ZUMBA® teacher and working for SCPA.
We are so excited for her and are thrilled to have her knowledge and abilities right here at SCPA.

Takashi Powers – Boys Street Beat / Street Kidz – Hip Hop - Wagga
Strong and Amazing at what he does, Takashi (Taka), comes to SCPA this year bringing boy’s street beat and hip hop a whole new flavour. Break dancing, popping, locking to name a few are his specialties. With his beautiful Japanese heritance, Taka travels and trains with the best whilst teaching in Japan each time he returns.
We are thrilled and excited to have him at SCPA this year and know that all students will enjoy his classes, will learn something new, be challenged in their abilities while loving every minute of it.

Tim McNamara - ZUMBA® Instructor / Handy Man.
Qualified ZUMBA® & ZUMBA TONING® Instructor, Tim’s love for what he does makes up a big part of who he is.
Recovering from illness has held him back a little but has not let the fire blow out. This year will see Tim back on board and doing his thing!
Fully qualified in Training & Assessments ensures quality control takes place here at SCPA. Tim has been a part of SCPA for the past 7 years and is looking forward to next few.

Isabella Tinsley – Student Teacher
We welcome Miss Isabella to her role as student teacher at SCPA this year.
Miss Isabella studies & trains in Jazz, Tap & Classical and is an accomplished performer for her age. Miss Isabella was a part of the successful SHOOTING STARS team in 2010 and loves to perform.
She loves dancing and is looking forward to being mentored and working with her new classes.

Claire Christmass– Student Teacher
Miss Claire walked through our doors in February 2004 holding her dads hand at the age of 6 and this year we welcome her to student teaching at SCPA. Miss Claire studies Jazz, Tap, Classical, Acrobatics, Cheerleading & Hip Hop. Miss Claire was a part of the successful SHOOTING STARS team in 2010 and the Wagga Wildcats cheerleading Squad which has seen her perform and compete around Australia.
She loves dancing and is looking forward to being mentored and working with her new classes.

Amber Curry – Student Teacher
We welcome Miss Amber to her role as student teacher at SCPA this year.
Miss Amber studies & trains in Jazz, Tap, Classical, Cheerleading & Acrobatics. Miss Amber has been a part of the successful WAGGA WILDCATS team for the past 4 years and loves to perform. Her tapping is always amazing landing her high marks and scoring a GOLD AWARD 98% in 2010 Tap exams.
She loves dancing and is looking forward to being mentored and working with her new classes.

Nicola Laing – Student Teacher
Miss Nicola is in her 2nd year of Student teaching and is fantastic. Full of love for what she does, and enthusiasm for her students, Miss Nicola is such a delight to have on board at SCPA.
Miss Nicola has trained in Jazz, Tap, Classical & Acrobatics and has been on Dance Team performing around Australia and in Hong Kong Disneyland. We are delighted Miss Nicola will continue again this year. Welcome again Miss Nicola.

Kelly Fuller - Reception
Kelly a mother of 4 is our very organized and talented receptionist in Wagga. Always smiling and making you feel good and happy, Kelly is a wonderful asset to SCPA. Ready to help anyone, answer any questions, put the occasional band aid on and give you those words of wisdom, we are so happy that Kelly is our receptionist.

Harry King – Reception
Mr King helps in both the Tumut & Wagga Studios. We are so grateful to him for all that he does.
Mr King not only helps in reception but does alot of behind the scene work in which SCPA will be eternally grateful for.
